Experience and Education

Tim has two decades of experience working with students, paraprofessionals, and professionals facilitating experiential learning and leadership development through workshops, leadership retreats, team building activities, challenge courses, and outdoor adventures. 

Tim has a Master’s Degree in Executive Coaching and Consulting from the Townsend Institute, Concordia University Irvine, and a M.Ed. in Adventure Learning from Plymouth State University.
Tim holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.  He is a CliftonStrengths Coach.
