Small Group TPRAT

Trust is the foundation of any high functioning group.  One way to build trust is through vulnerability and pursuing understanding.  When you can say, “I struggle with this and I want to grow in this area” you are exhibiting vulnerability.  The Small Group TPRAT exploration session will help group members understand one another and add to a foundation of trust.  Tim will maintain a safe space for group members where clarity of one’s character strengths and weaknesses can be addressed and understood for greater team cohesiveness.
