Team Bonding

Is your team dysfunctional?  A FUN BONDING EXPERIENCE is just a cheap band-aid and won’t fix the dysfunction.  Your team will probably be pissed at you, each other, or both-even more than they already are.  However, if you have a new team or want to enhance the connections within your current FUNCTIONAL team, team bonding will help. Tim will work with the team leader to create a fun experiential bonding experience.  

Up to 20 people, 2 hours:  $300

Team Building

Is your team struggling with group norms, processes, communication, problem solving or some other element creating a pebble in your hiking boot experience?  A team building session will help surface noncohesive behaviors and provide space for resolution so your team can be more effective.    

Up to 10 people, 3 hours:  $500*
